Payroll Administrator: Bloemfontein

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate
  • Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years relevant working experience in a payroll role
  • Proven experience on SAGE People payroll software
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially on Excel
  • Candidate must have a valid driver’s license (Non-negotiable)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Payroll 1000 ± Staff

Complete Payroll Processing:

Capturing, Validation, Reconciliation, Queries

UIF Management:

Declarations, UI19 Administration

Benefit Administration:

Capturing, Reconciliation and Pay Files to Finance

IRP5:

Supporting function, export relevant reports from payroll

Assist in distribution of IRP5’s

Responsible for personnel file management

Handling Queries regarding payroll

Remuneration:

Market related
