Our client is a manufacturer fabrication of Agricultural Equipment and Custom Agri-contracting services.

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric certificate)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Factory Manager in the manufacturing or steel industry
- Previous experience in staff management (Non-negotiable)
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of supply processes, including machine shop operations, CNC plasma cutting, and bending/guillotine work
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (Speak, Read and Write)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing workshop & Management of ± 30 employees
- Design and manufacture of agricultural implements & machinery, as well as modification of Agricultural implements.
- Refurbishment of heavy Agricultural implements.
- Manufacturing of precision parts on short notice to ensure continued production.
- Maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles (e.g. tractors & trucks) and agricultural implements incl. soil cultivation implements, planting machines, harvesting implements, irrigation systems, sorting and packaging machines etc.
- Toolmaking, welding, implement/equipment design, sheet metal processing, mic and tig welding etc.
- Stock control and purchases.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
