Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• LLB or any other recognized Law Degree
• Admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer

• Minimum 3 years working experience as an Attorney in Property Law
• Fluently in both Afrikaans and English (read, write, and speak)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attending to all duties of Conveyancing or Notarial practice
• Drafting contracts
• Drafting wills and administration of estates
• Attending to all matters at the Deeds Office, Mangaung Municipality, Centlec, Master’s Office and Surveyor General
• FICA compliance officer
• Attend training courses and seminars that may be required
• Perform any other tasks given through by management
