Payroll Clerk (2 Month Temp position): Bloemfontein

Salary: Negotiable according to experience

Candidate reside in Bloemfontein and must be available immediately

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate
  • Tertiary Payroll Qualification (Will be beneficial)
  • Minimum 3 years’ Payroll experience
  • Sage People Experience (Non-negotiable)
  • Candidate must have a valid driver’s license (Non-negotiable)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Payroll 1000 ± Staff

Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

Update’s payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.

Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.

Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer’s social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.

Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

Human Resource Officer: Bloemfontein (Full Day/Half Day)

Requirements:

Grade 12

Human Resources Management / B. Com Industrial Psychology Qualification or related qualification (Will be beneficial)

Minimum 2-3 Years HR Experience

English & Afrikaans speaking

Driver’s License

Duties and Responsibilities:

Human Resources administration and policies

Disciplinary procedures

Monitoring adherence to labour laws

Daily “time and attendance

Employment Equity – Reporting and monitoring

Apprentice administration

Administration of training requirements and MERSETA submissions

Administration of Health and Safety regulations

Assistance with monitoring of OEM approval requirements (for example Toyota, Land Rover) – no prior experience required

Adhoc responsibilities as given

HR Administrator: Bloemfontein (Free State)

Requirements:

Grade 12

Tertiary HR Qualification will be an advantage

Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role

Knowledge of BBBEE, Employment Equity, Workplace Skills Plan, Annual Training Report, Skills Development, MQA Administration

Computer Literacy: Excel and MS Word, Sage HR

Driver’s License (Essential)
