Minimum 2 year’s HR management experience.

Fluently in Afrikaans and English

Recruitment Consultant: Bloemfontein (Free State)

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in January 2025.

Salary:

Basic salary negotiable, plus commission.

A laptop, Wi-Fi, and cellphone will be provided.

This is a home-based position, but the consultant will be required to work from the office once a week.

Clients will be served digitally and nationwide.

Training will be provided.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (Write, read and speak)
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Sales- and target-driven
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle extreme pressure
  • Solution-driven
  • Strong, independent work ethic

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting/Interview and assess prospective applicants, matching them with vacancies at client companies.
  • Screen candidates and create shortlists for client interviews.
  • Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates on behalf of clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Advise clients on selecting suitable candidates for vacancies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify potential new clients.
  • Advertise available positions.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
