To manage a Centre by optimizing all trading opportunities, including Tenant lease terms, and ensuring that the portfolio financial performance remains sound and optimizing the building’s income stream by establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with local authorities, tenants, general public and public bodies, managing line reporting staff as required, general oversight on tenant installations, daily/weekly site inspections and general building administration.
Salary: R35 000 – R50 000 ctc pm (depending on experience) Included in the ctc package Pension, Provident and Medical Aid compulsory
Requirements & Qualification:
Matric (Grade 12)
Qualification relevant to the position will be an advantage
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail management
Retail experience is an essential
Business writing skills (specs & house rules), People management skills are essential
Strong Proficiency in relevant computer packages (MS Office) and software packages
Excellent attention to detail and numerate accuracy
Valid Driver’s license and own transport is essential
