Retail Manager: Maseru (Lesotho)

To manage a Centre by optimizing all trading opportunities, including Tenant lease terms, and ensuring that the portfolio financial performance remains sound and optimizing the building’s income stream by establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with local authorities, tenants, general public and public bodies, managing line reporting staff as required, general oversight on tenant installations, daily/weekly site inspections and general building administration.

Salary: R35 000 – R50 000 ctc pm (depending on experience) Included in the ctc package Pension, Provident and Medical Aid compulsory

Requirements & Qualification:

Matric (Grade 12)

Qualification relevant to the position will be an advantage

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail management

Retail experience is an essential

Business writing skills (specs & house rules), People management skills are essential

Strong Proficiency in relevant computer packages (MS Office) and software packages

Excellent attention to detail and numerate accuracy

Valid Driver’s license and own transport is essential

Duties & Responsibilities:

Management of the entire mall and personnel

Handling Marketing and Customer relationship

Management of Leasing in all aspects

Maintenance management

Budgeting

Administrative Responsibilities

Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics Customer Care: Kuils River, Cape Town

Our client offers a cost to company salary of R17 000 – R20 000 pm. Provident fund and non-compulsory Medical aid will be offered.

This is strictly an EE/AA position.

Minimum requirements

Grade 12

FMCG distribution related experience

Admin support experience.

People supervision experience.

Industrial Relation / employment law knowledge

Duties & responsibilities will include:

Orders and call centre related functions

Management of customer calls for distribution and manufacturing

Alignment of orders

Run customer order exception reports

Ensure that the debriefing team functions and continues to function efficiently i.e. no falling behind on Credits, PODs, etc.

Schedule online accounts on specific delivery days

Manage stock online platform

Assist with stock take preparation

All retail orders to be captured

Drive and motivate customers to ensure all orders are placed online to maintain online stats

Assist distribution with liaising with customers if deliveries are delayed due to breakdowns
